The dotted i was started by Shannon Gustafson in 2000 after many years of being obsessed with fine stationery and paper products. She started out of her home studio in Sherborn, MA and soon moved into retail space in Sherborn. Her ultimate dream was to open a store in Concord, MA. the town where she grew up. With the help of her sister-in-law, Jennifer, that dream came true and The dotted i opened in Concord in May of 2003 and an additional store in Needham in 2007!

The store carries a wide selection of stationery , invitations and announcements as well as great gifts and some fun surprises. The dotted i has an in-house printing service that enables our customers to choose from thousands of stocked invitations and stationery items that can be personalized and available the next day! At The dotted i we are all about offering the finest quality product and customer service possible.
